Implementation

We offer Implementation services for Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM using our proven Implementation Methodology.

Consistently following our methodology allows us to manage risk, scope and deliver on project objectives. The successful delivery of projects take the skill of experienced project managers who have implemented many systems over their professional careers. Our project managers are either designated accountants (C.A. or C.G.A.) or Microsoft Certified Professionals. Training

Maximizing your investment in your business solutions has a direct relationship to how well your staff is able to use your implemented systems.

The Microsoft Dynamics solutions have a great deal of functionality and our aim is to give your staff the knowledge in how to get the most out of your investment! We offer training on-site or remotely via web, and customized for your organization’s needs.

We conduct full training during our implementations but we also realize that there is a lot of information to process and not everyone remembers all the things they learned the first time. For some clients, they prefer to have BDO train new staff as it is a more efficient use of their time and they recognize the quality of the training is higher when the trainers are certified application experts.

Our Services – Support

We offer a variety of support services to our clients. Our general support includes telephone, e-mail, remote and on-site support.

At BDO, we pride ourselves with our ongoing client retention due to offering prompt responses to support issues for our existing clients.

We realize our clients require different levels of support and we strive to provide whatever you need. Here are some examples of types of support we provide:
